Manna Hara is the Associate Director of Environmental Education for the Learning Gardens Program. She earned her B.A. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Michigan with an M.A. in Environmental Conservation Education from NYU. Starting in 2012 as a Learning Gardens Seasonal Educator, she has five years of various teaching experience as a Program Manager from elementary and middle school students during the school year to high school interns and summer groups during the summer. Her passion and interests in science and environmental education has morphed over the years to include horticulture and botany.
