With over 20 years of advocacy work in local and sustainable agriculture, Kathy is an unstoppable force in the school food movement. She cultivates relationships across the supply chain to drive collaborative innovation and create lasting change within our food system. As Deputy Director, Kathy oversees Focus programs and initiatives. She previously served as the Executive Director of the National Campaign for Sustainable Agriculture and was Founder and Director of Just Food. Kathy holds a B.A. in East Asian Languages and Culture from the University of Kansas and M.I.A. in Economic and Political Development from Columbia University.
