Chef & Food Service Manager, Harvest Kitchen Project, Farm Fresh RI

Georgina Sarpong was the Farmers Markets Program Manager at Farm Fresh Rhode Island. Using her platform as a Chef and Urban Agriculture advocate, she developed and led new projects for more innovative, creative and healthy eating styles. Sarpong is excited to now be the Chef & Food Service Manager of Farm Fresh RI's Harvest Kitchen Project.


Sarpong is the CEO of Layers of Taste and serves as Access Chair of the Rhode Island Food Policy Council, Board member for Urban Greens Co-op, West Elmwood Housing Development, Committee member for Sankofa Housing/Farm and co-founder of Urban FACTS (Food Agriculture Collaborative Talk Sessions).
