This workshop will introduce parents to inclusive and diverse eating practices for the whole family. The workshop will include lecture, Q&A, and recipe distribution.

Sugar + Salt: The History of Two Spices, Food Preservation and the Human Microbiome

This workshop will be an anthropological exploration of the history of sugar + salt. We will look at their roles in old world food preservation, the industrialized food system, and their impact on our health.
